90 DAY P.O.W.E.R

If you are PCM Pivoting Careers Midlife and trying to keep your wellness in check this is especially for you. 

In these 90 days, you will get a holistic wellness experience in a group immersion setting (one-on-one is available too). We will help you prioritize yourself in your busy lifestyle (business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives, high achievers) so that you can go from I don't have time or energy to I am finally not playing defense with my well-being and find peace and happiness. For you, it may be all three areas or just one or two. What we want for you is to have more intention in your exercise, nutrition, and mindset regimen. 

We have incorporated this to be fun, and interactive with incentives. You have never experienced this before. 

1:1 COACHING

 One-on-one coaching is available for those who prefer private coaching. Your transformation is tailored for you quickly and concisely, we drill down steps to incorporate your wellness mapping immediately. Making sure we have a solid nutrition, exercise, and mindset regimen. Your transformation will take place as you continue to put in the effort. You are held to a standard of accountability for YOU. Everything is focused on you, you, you. You will get a power map and work on it minimum 60 days.
